In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, a robust "Buy Online, Pickup In-Store" (BOPIS) and courier delivery system was needed to create a vital new sales channel during widespread store closures.
Solution
Architected and developed a suite of backend APIs to power a complete omnichannel retail experience, integrating with third-party services like Radial (inventory), Braze (email notifications), and Postmates/Uber (courier delivery).

Challenge
Marketing agencies often face a "governance bottleneck" - the friction between internal content creation and external client approval. The goal was to engineer a unified system that eliminates email-based sign-offs, creating a seamless pipeline for planning, validating, and scheduling omnichannel campaigns.
Solution
I am architecting a multi-tenant SaaS platform that acts as a central source of truth for both agencies and their clients.
Frictionless Approval Pipelines: Engineered a role-gated workflow where agencies draft content that transitions to a specific "Client Review" state. Clients can view, comment, or approve posts directly within their dashboard, triggering the automated scheduling engine only upon sign-off.
Modern Full-Stack Architecture: Built on a FastAPI (Python) backend for high-concurrency performance and a PostgreSQL relational database to manage complex multi-role associations.
Responsive Experience: Developing a Next.js/React frontend with distinct views for "Agency Admins" (creation/analytics) and "Client Viewers" (approval/oversight).
Security & Scale: Implemented JWT-based authentication to ensure strict data isolation between tenants.
